Role notes
- Setup — tables, signage, water station. Heavy lifting, gloves in the crate.
- Welcome — greet at the gate, hand out name badges, point to restrooms.
- Cleanup — sorting station plus a final sweep of the picnic lawn.
- Float — cover breaks, run supplies, no fixed post.
